Returns-Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- * Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- * Products must be in the same condition as received — not damaged, bent, torn, or altered in any way.
- * Opened items may be returned only if they remain undamaged and include all original packaging and materials (bags, boards, certificates, etc.).
- * Digital items, gift cards, and custom/special order items are non-returnable.
- * There is a 20% restocking fee on returns
Return Process
- * Contact us at store@telcomics.com with your order number and reason for return
- * Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping address.
- * Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- * After the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund or store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
