Refund policy
Returns
- Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged and are not accepted due to buyer's remorse, change of mind, or disagreements regarding the assigned grade or condition of a comic book.
- We do not offer exchanges. However, if a replacement copy is available, we may offer a replacement for damaged items. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued in accordance with our policy below.
Refunds
- Pre-order cancellations are eligible for store credit only.
- Refund requests for damaged items must meet the following requirements:

- Photo evidence of the damage must be provided.
- The original damaged item must be returned.

- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- Once the returned item has been received and reviewed, an appropriate replacement or refund will be processed if the claim meets our policy requirements.
